When you come into my world here’s what you get.

Honesty. Warmth. A little boldness.
A lover. A hugger. Always up for a deep chat.

I appreciate a good routine, but won’t pretend life always sticks to one.
I sing out loud in the supermarket (badly), walk the beach whenever I can, and never skip my morning strong black coffee.

I’m a mum, a nutritionist, and a Pilates instructor.

I’m messy (don’t look in my utensil drawer, it’s basically a snapshot of my life), real, a little loud, and always ready for the next adventure.

I married my high school sweetheart and we have two lively boys. I live for salty air and long walks, and I genuinely believe life is meant to be lived, not micromanaged.

I’m a perfect mix of structure and freedom. Consistency and flexibility.
That balance is exactly how I show up in the world, and it’s shaped everything about who I am today.

Health should adapt to your life,
not the other way around.

For a long time, I thought being healthy meant doing things a certain way.

Long workouts. Food restriction. More discipline.

So I tried it all.

In my 20s, health looked like living at the gym, long cardio sessions, following every program, doing the 28 day challenges, body shred plans, and strict nutrition rules that promised results if I just stuck to them.

It worked… until it didn’t. I looked fit, but food and training ruled my life.

Then I became a mum.

And everything I thought I knew about health fell apart.

My energy disappeared. My priorities shifted overnight. Long gym sessions were no longer possible and honestly I didn’t even have the capacity to think about food properly.

I had no idea how to fuel myself in a way that was simple or sustainable.

I felt completely lost.

it was like all those years of “being healthy” had taught me nothing about how to look after myself when life actually got hard.

I felt like I’d done everything right… and still ended up back at square one.

The version of health I had created couldn’t survive real life. So I had to build something better.”

I committed to finding a better way, so I studied nutrition and Pilates.

I wanted to understand how food and movement worked with the body

Because most health advice focuses on what works in theory…
Not what works when you’re tired, busy, eating out, juggling life, or simply not in the mood to overthink every decision.

So I asked a different question.

What if food and movement were simple enough to feel effortless…
Clear enough to feel confident…
And flexible enough to work wherever life takes you?

What if you didn’t need to panic at restaurants, overanalyse menus, or feel guilty for enjoying your life?

That’s the approach I started building.

I took everything I learned from nutrition and Pilates and shaped it into a holistic, sustainable way of eating, moving, and thinking about your body — one that prioritises ease over complication. Education over restriction. Skills over rules.

Over 12 months, I lived this approach. I tested it. Refined it. Put it into practice in real life.

The result
I lost 10kg . My energy lifted to a level I hadn’t felt in years. My confidence skyrocketed.

And I did it without missing out. I went on four holidays during that time.
Lived my life, ate out, celebrated with friends and finally felt at ease with food!

That’s how Nourished Confidence was created.

A method that teaches you how to nourish your body in a way that feels simple, supportive, and sustainable so you can look and feel exactly how you deserve.

Strong. Energised. Confident.

Because life is too short to feel flat, restricted, or stuck.
You deserve the energy and confidence to truly live as you.

If you’re ready to feel energised, confident as hell, and truly live — you’re exactly where you need to be.

I’ve stood exactly where you are — tired, lost, and dimming yourself. Let’s change that.
