90 minute 1:1 intensive session
We review your current eating habits, set clear goals for what you want, and complete a future self exercise to anchor how you want to feel.
A simple food framework using real everyday foods
Easy for you to follow no matter where your are or what you are doing!
Weekly education audios & Mindset prompts
10 to 20 minute podcast style drops you can listen to anywhere. Clear, practical, and repayable so the information actually sticks.
Weekly check ins
Support via email, message, or voice note. Whatever works best for you.
Ongoing Support
Access to ask me questions when they pop up, because there is nothing worse then being unsure and no one to ask! Ill respond within Business hours.
Optional mid point strategy call
If you feel like you need to reclarify your goals or maybe something has changed this is the call you book! We can revisit you goals from the beginning and make change/over come obstacles together. Because life happens and things can Change
Investment
Investment for this level of personalised coaching is limited to 3 clients this intake (FEB 2026). Starting from $410 upfront or $55 per week for the 8 week program. This price will increase after this intake.

How This Is Different
Education
Most nutrition support focuses on telling you what to eat.
I teaching you how to eat.
You won’t be handed a meal plan to follow.
Instead, you’ll learn how to build meals that actually work for your body, your preferences, and your life.
Flexibility
We may or may not track food or calories. That depends entirely on you and where you’re starting.
Exercise is not the main focus. We’ll talk about movement, why it matters, and I’ll help you find something you genuinely enjoy. But food comes first.
